Distance Sales Agreement

Order-specific contract
Seller/buyer identity; goods, attributes, quantity, unit price, tax, discount, shipping, total, delivery/billing, payment provider, production/delivery estimate, withdrawal or exception, return and dispute details are generated before payment.
Immutable record
Acceptance time, version, locale, order ID and content digest are stored with the order. Later template edits never alter an accepted document.

Product, price and payment
The order summary shows the product name, model, specifications, ring size and any personalisation, together with quantity, unit price, discount, taxes, shipping fee and total before payment. The payment method and its availability are also stated before payment. If payment service is unavailable, no payment is taken and the order is not completed.
Delivery, withdrawal and defective goods
Ready products are delivered in 3–5 days; custom orders are delivered in 7–20 days depending on the product. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days of delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. For goods prepared to the consumer’s request or personal needs, or goods resized or engraved, the statutory withdrawal exception may apply and is disclosed for the product before ordering. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
